The Lily Pad Project

The Lily Pad Project begins as the first flight from Kabul, consisting mainly of female members of the former Afghan parliament and their families, arrives in Greece. Since then we have assisted hundreds of persecuted Afghans in their relocation to the US and Canada as well as during their stay in Greece by providing them with housing and a range of goods and services.
Elpida Home was founded by Amed Khan, a human rights advocate, political activist, and philanthropist.
